What I collect
your name, phone, email, service address; vehicle details (VIN, plate, mileage, photos); service history, quotes, invoices and messages; for e-signatures, your typed name, signature image, IP address and device information; payment status (card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never stored by me).
Why
to quote, schedule, perform and bill your service; to keep records required for taxes, warranties and payment disputes; and, only if you opt in, to send maintenance and follow-up reminders.
Who sees it
me and any technician working on your vehicle. Service providers that process it for me: Stripe (payments, via Invoice Ninja), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), and my hosting provider. I do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Retention
business and tax records are kept as long as the law requires (typically 7 years). You can ask me to delete marketing preferences and anything not required to be kept.
Your choices
opt out of texts by replying STOP, change your preferences in the customer portal or by contacting me, or ask for a copy of your records.
