2pointoh Auto LLC service texts: messages about your quotes, appointments, deposits, invoices and receipts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program

2pointoh Auto service updates is a text-message program run by 2pointoh Auto LLC. You join only by ticking the text-message box yourself — on our booking form, in the customer portal, on your personal preferences link, or on paperwork you sign. We never turn texts on for you.

What we send

• Confirmation that we received your service request
• Quotes, deposits, appointment scheduling, reminders and “on my way” notices
• Inspection reports, invoices and payment receipts (as links)
• Replies to questions you text us
• Only if you also tick “reminders”: maintenance reminders, recall notices, follow-ups and review requests

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. You’ll get one confirmation and then no more messages unless you opt in again (reply START). Reply HELP for help. Your mobile number and opt-in are never shared with third parties for marketing — see our Privacy Policy.
